Our delivery partner warehouse in USA (help us to make our shipping faster and safe). We use USPS & Fedex track in our orders.
Stages of production and delivery:
1. We receive your order
2. Print the fabric for your products
3. We sew the hats
4. Pack your packages into a large shipping box.
4. A courier picks up the box and gives it to international shipping.
5. Our U.S. warehouse partner receives the box with our customers' packages, inspects them, passes them on for local delivery in the U.S., and adds a tracking number to your order.
6. The local postal service delivers the package to your home.

We have only 12 hours to cancel your order. This is because all items are handmade and the fabrics for each hat are individually printed. After 12 hours, the order cannot be canceled and the shipment cannot be stopped.
